1Why did ManageHub create the Partners Program?
ManageHub created the Partners Program at the request of consultants who wanted a way to offer their clients a custom version of ManageHub that is branded with their firm’s logo and populated with their firm’s proprietary structure, methods, guides, plans, templates, project plans and other content.
2What is ManageHub?
ManageHub is a Software-as-a-Service application that allows any organization to create a private cloud-based collaboration platform where they can engage invited participants (employees, consultants, and other stakeholders) to share knowledge, report issues, suggest innovative ideas, and implement strategic initiatives. Accordingly, ManageHub is used by many organizations to build more sustainable, scaleable and saleable companies. It is also used by organizations to implement compliance programs of all types including CMMI, Cybersecurity, Baldrige, ISO, etc.
3Why does ManageHub work so well?
ManageHub helps people work together asynchronously to achieve a set of common objectives. It features an innovative social interface that includes everyone’s favorite social elements like newsfeeds, face-grids, blogs, search, collaborative workspaces, and built-in auto-responders that send users email reminders and updates. It then leverages these features to give participants one click access to their tasks, projects, communications, and knowledge. The result is an ideal online platform where consultants can provide their clients with "always-on" access to their valuable guidance, feedback and support. Participants can post questions and receive a quick response from their embedded consultant(s). Consultants can review their client's work and offer feedback without the need for meetings, email exchanges or phone calls. All communications are organized and stored for future reference creating a valuable, searchable historical archive. This efficient, employee-friendly, and iterative approach often results in rapid progress towards achieving the clients stated objectives.
4How does ManageHub work?
ManageHub works by organizing people into a network of teams. Each team is provided with an online workspace where invited participants (employees, supervisors, consultants, and other stakeholders) can upload documents, report issues, ask questions, share ideas, manage projects, assign tasks, build consensus and measure progress. Furthermore, all the workspaces are organized into a hierarchical and cross-referenced structure allowing supervisors and consultants to easily manage "all the moving parts". All communication and collaboration occurs asynchronously within the online workspaces. This minimizes the need for meetings, phone calls and emails. Conversations are archived and searchable for future reference eliminating the need for note-taking. As a result, teams are able to work efficiently and with independence but with complete accountability and transparency. This ensures employees receive the active support and oversight they need from supervisors and outside consultants. ManageHub is the perfect environment to engage employees in any type of business improvement or compliance program. Consultants leverage the collaboration features of ManageHub to engage employees in quickly addressing the requirements of regulatory and compliance programs.
5How does the ManageHub Partner Program work?
Your firm creates one or more ManageHub “Templates” that you customize with your firm’s logo, structure, project plans and content. Then, whenever needed, you can use your Template to order a private ManageHub account that is pre-populated with the related structure, project plans and content. You and your client can then invite all relevant individuals to use the new, private ManageHub account to communicate, collaborate, and achieve their stated goals.
6How do I get started?
Start by choosing the Partner Plan that works for your business. Once your membership is processed, you will be assigned a personal ManageHub Account Representative who will provide you with access to your ManageHub Template(s) and help you set them up with your firm’s logo, structure, project plans and content. Once set up, you can contact your ManageHub Account Rep whenever you want to use one of your Templates to create a private ManageHub account for a client. Your Rep will create an active ManageHub account that is pre-populated with your firm’s logo and all the structure, project plans, and content that you included in your selected Template. Once setup you and your client can invite all relevant people to use their new ManageHub to communicate, collaborate, implement your plans and drive incredible value.
7How will my firm benefit?
There are many ways you and your consulting firm can benefit by participating in ManageHub’s Partner Program. Notice that the listed benefits relate to increased productivity, improved customer satisfaction, reduced travel, and the ability to offer a monthly subscription service. Consultants like the way ManageHub allows them to strengthen their client relationships by offering “always-on” guidance and support. They like the way ManageHub minimizes the need to travel. They like that they can simultaneously serve more clients while increasing client-engagement. They like having better control over their proprietary methods, templates and other content. 8Can you provide examples of how consultants use ManageHub?

Similarly, Investment Bankers use ManageHub to help their clients quickly gather and review the documents needed in a typical M&A due-diligence process. 9What if I (or my clients) needs help using ManageHub?
Don’t worry! Your Partner membership includes online ManageHub training and support for you, your firm’s consultants, and your clients and their participating employees. This training can be delivered one-on-one or in small groups. You and your client's admins also have ongoing access to your personal ManageHub Account Representative for guidance, feedback and support.
10Do I have to be a Partner Program Member to use ManageHub?
No. Any consultant can use ManageHub with their clients. Simply have your clients visit https://managehub.com/ to create their private ManageHub account and ask them to invite you as an admin level user. However, the ManageHub comes completely empty. It must be manually populated with your firm’s standard structure, project plans, and content. This can require a few hours or days of effort. Instead, ManageHub Partners can create Templates that are used to pre-populate a private ManageHub with your firm’s logo and standardized structure, project plans and content.
11How does my firm make money as a ManageHub Partner?
As a ManageHub Partner, you control every aspect of your customers’ experience. You set your membership price structure. You collect the monthly fees. You control your clients’ continued access. You can bundle access to your privately branded ManageHub accounts with ongoing consulting services. Or, you can sell monthly subscriptions to your firm’s privately branded ManageHub accounts without support. In either case, the price you set is based on the value of your firm’s proprietary content, methods and support that you include with the related subscription or membership level.
12At the end of a client engagement what happens to their ManageHub account?
Your firm owns the license to the ManageHub subscriptions that are included with your Partner Plan. Accordingly, you control your clients’ continued access. You have three options at the conclusion of an engagement: (1) You can terminate the account and all the data stored in that ManageHub will be deleted. At that time you will be able to re-use the license with a new client by ordering a new private ManageHub account populated by the Template of your choice. (2) You can transition your client to a monthly subscription plan. This is a wonderful way to build a passive recurring revenue stream. (3) You can ask ManageHub to take over the subscription. Your client will pay ManageHub’s standard monthly subscription fee and you will be able to re-use the license with a new client by ordering a new private ManageHub account populated by the Template of your choice.
13Are there any contracts to sign to be a Partner?
There are no contracts to sign and you can quit at any time. ManageHub is confident that you will be delighted by our Partner Program. Accordingly, ManageHub Partners do not sign a contract. Partners simply pay their monthly membership fee to remain in the Partner Program. Partners can terminate their participation at any time.
